British low-cost carrier EasyJet has canceled thousands of tickets for flights from Israel and to Israel until the end of October, Kan report

Israeli passengers who had tickets on the airline's flights have been notified that their flights have been canceled on Friday, March 1.

The company has not provided an official explanation for the cancellation of flights.

It's believed the cancellation was due to the high service fees in the third terminal of Ben Gurion Airport.

Last week, Irish ultra-low-cost airline Ryanair announced that it will resume flights to Israel only if cheaper Terminal 1 opens at Ben Gurion.
