The Government's Urban Renewal Authority has designated 17 residential complexes across 12 cities in Israel as "Resettlement-Development" complexes for tax purposes.

This announcement grants developers statutory tax incentives, a crucial step in advancing these projects.

A total of 1,401 apartments in old buildings will be replaced by 5,386 apartments in new buildings, alongside retail and public spaces.

In Yehuda's Neve Oved quarter, 114 apartments will be replaced with 444.

In Haifa's Neve David quarter, 36 apartments will be replaced with 111.

In Kfar Saba's Oved Ben Zion quarter, 48 apartments will be replaced with 157.

In Or Yehuda's Kiryat Giyora quarter, 32 apartments will be replaced with 186.

In Petah Tikva's Neve Gan quarter, 14 apartments will be replaced with 150, and in the Lev HaMoshava quarter, 96 apartments will be replaced with 376.

In Ness Ziona's Yad Eliezer neighborhood, 28 apartments will be replaced with 48.

In Jerusalem's Givat HaVradim (Rassco) neighborhood, 31 apartments will be replaced with 122.

In Holon's Rasko quarter, 38 apartments will be replaced with 136.

In Rishon Lezion's Revivim quarter, 8 apartments will be replaced with 40.

In Ramla's Mishkanot quarter, 54 apartments and 11 shops will be replaced with 297 apartments and 1,150 sq.m. of retail space.

In Netanya's Giv'at Hairusim quarter, 168 apartments will be replaced with 672, and in the Ne'ot Shaked quarter, 392 apartments will be replaced with 1,558.

In Tel Aviv, four projects have been approved across various neighborhoods, replacing 360 apartments with 1,344.
