In 2023, the Sports Lotteries Authority ("Toto") hit a record revenue of 3 billion shekels, about $830 million, the highest ever for the group. The Toto website alone contributed nearly 870 million shekels to this total.

They paid out 2.3 billion shekels, roughly $636 million, in prizes.

The Spanish Football Championship was the favorite among bettors, with the Champions League and NBA following in popularity. The English Premier League, EuroLeague basketball, and Italian Serie A also drew significant attention, while Israel's own major football and basketball leagues ranked seventh and eighth, respectively. The top ten was rounded out by the European Football Championship qualifiers and the German Bundesliga.

The biggest betting event of the year was the Champions League final between Manchester City and Inter, which saw 7.2 million shekels in bets. The most bet-on Israeli event was the football cup final between Beitar Jerusalem and Maccabi Netanya.
