The Planning and Development Council of Judea and Samaria has greenlit the construction of approximately three and a half thousand additional housing units in Ma'ale Adumim, Efrat, and Kedar.
The decision was made during a meeting coinciding with the anniversary of Bezalel Smotrich's appointment as minister in the Ministry of Defense, overseeing the civil administration of Judea and Samaria.
Minister Smotrich expressed his satisfaction with the decision and highlighted that his department is simultaneously advancing efforts to legalize outposts.
According to Smotrich's statement, a total of 18,515 housing units have been approved for construction in Judea and Samaria this year.
