The ambassadors of the United Kingdom, France, and Germany have been summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran for a clarifying discussion after supporting Israel.

The head of the Western Europe Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran accused the ambassadors of double standards, as they voted against the Russian resolution condemning the alleged Israeli strike on the Iranian consulate in Damascus.

German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock expressed solidarity with Israel. "We condemn the attack, which could plunge the region into chaos. Iran and its satellites must stop this immediately," she said.

British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak also noted that Iran is sowing chaos in the Middle East. "The United Kingdom will continue to defend the security of Israel and other regional allies such as Jordan and Iraq," he said.

French Foreign Minister Stephane Sejourne stated that Iran has reached a new level of destabilizing the region. He emphasized the risk of military escalation in the conflict.
