At 11:00 PM, the early warning system blared across Sderot and several kibbutzim including Ibim, Nir Am, Mefalsim, Gevim, and Sapir College.

The rocket fire originated from the northern part of the Gaza Strip.

In response, the Iron Dome missile defense system was activated.

According to the Sderot mayor's office, six rockets were launched toward the city. Fortunately, two of them were intercepted by the Iron Dome, while the others landed in undeveloped areas outside the city. However, one rocket fragment caused damage to a residential building's courtyard. Municipal workers are currently on site dealing with the aftermath.

This incident follows a previous attack from the Gaza Strip at 7:00 PM.
