A barrage of eight rockets was fired from Rafah in southern Gaza towards the Eshkol Regional Council, the IDF says.
No injuries were reported as a result of the shelling. Hamas reported launching a 114mm caliber rocket at the Kerem Shalom crossing. The missile exploded on the Palestinian side, injuring several Palestinian workers.
