In northern Gaza, the IDF artillery shelled targets in Jabalia. The IDF Air Force attacked a house in Beit Lahia.

In central Gaza, the IAF attacked the Iman Tower and other targets in Nuseirat. Injuries have been reported.

In southern Gaza, IDF artillery shelled targets in the Yibna refugee camp in central Rafah. IDF artillery and Air Force also shelled targets in the central and east parts of Rafah. It was reported that at least six people were killed as a result of an IDF Air Force strike on the Qeshta family home in Rafah.

Hamas released a statement claiming that a group of Israeli soldiers was allegedly ambushed in a tunnel in Jabalia in the northern Gaza Strip, with some being killed and their bodies taken. The IDF responded to this Hamas statement with a brief message: "There is no incident in which a soldier was abducted."
