Israel Hayom reports that Dedi Barnea, the head of the Mossad foreign intelligence service, and Ronen Bar, the head of the Shin Bet general security service, will not be flying to Doha today for the latest round of negotiations with Hamas.

Instead, the delegation will comprise lower-ranking representatives this time, as per the report.

Recall that last night, during a telephone consultation, the Israeli military cabinet decided to dispatch a delegation to continue negotiations in Doha, Qatar's capital, in the coming days.

This decision followed a report on the previous day's negotiations in Paris, which involved a representative Israeli delegation led by the heads of the intelligence services.
