The IDF maintains its ground operation in Gaza, operating across the northern, central, and southern regions of the strip, including ongoing activities at the Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza City.

Previously, forces from the 401st Brigade and the Shayetet-13 naval special forces were involved in operations within and near the Shifa hospital premises.

Since the operation's onset, approximately 90 terrorists have been neutralized, with over 300 suspects interrogated and over 160 suspected terrorists detained and transferred to Israel.

On March 19, shortly after a rocket was launched from northern Gaza towards Sderot (falling within Israeli territory without crossing the border fence), an IDF aircraft targeted the underground silo used for the launch.

In Jabalia, the IDF conducted an operation resulting in the elimination of six terrorists following intelligence provided by the 215th Brigade.

Nachal Brigade fighters continue their activities in Gaza's central region. In one encounter, military personnel identified and neutralized a terrorist with sniper fire.

The 98th Division carried out operations in Khan Yunis, with soldiers from the 7th Brigade eliminating two militants and conducting building raids in Al-Qarara.

Additionally, an airstrike killed another militant who was in the process of loading weapons.
