During the operation at the Shifa Hospital, involving the 401st Brigade combat team together with Shayetet 13, the IDF discovered 11 million shekels in USD and Jordanian dinars intended to finance terrorist activities.
The IDF says that during the operation at Shifa, some 3,700 Palestinian civilians were evacuated from the medical center and headed to southern Gaza. During the evacuation, some 300 terror suspects, including senior commanders in Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad, were apprehended.
Last night, the IDF forces and the Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories delivered trucks with fuel and humanitarian aid to the civilian population, the military says. They included about 1,800 liters of water and 3.8 tons of food.
