Shortly after the mourning siren marking the beginning of Remembrance Day, alarms sounded in Sderot, Nir Am, Ibim, and Nahal Oz, warning of rocket attacks.

Sderot City Hall reported that an alarm interrupted the Remembrance Day ceremony in the city.

Two rockets were launched from the Gaza Strip, with one intercepted by the Iron Dome and the other falling outside the city. There have been no reports of casualties or injuries as a result of the shelling.

It's worth noting that just a few hours before the Remembrance Day ceremony began, the city's mayor, Alon Davidi, decided to relocate it from the street to a hall fortified against rocket attacks."
