The families of the kidnapped and missing Israelis have filed a lawsuit to the International Court of Justice in The Hague for crimes committed by terrorists on October 7, 2023.

Hamas is accused of genocide, kidnapping, torture, sexual violence, and other serious crimes. It's important to note that the State of Israel, which does not recognize the court's jurisdiction, is not involved in the lawsuit.

Before the departure of the delegation, which included 100 people, the families' headquarters issued a statement to the press. "This is an important stage in our global fight against terrorism. If we don't stop terror now, it could happen tomorrow in any other country," they emphasized.
