Over the weekend in New York, former Israeli beauty queen Noah Kochba and her friends went to Times Square with Israeli flags, where a pro-Palestinian rally was happening.
According to Israel Hayom, Noah was attacked by pro-Palestinian demonstrators in Times Square.
"We knew it wasn't safe and we were scared, but we couldn't back down. We wanted to make a statement. There were ten of us Israelis against five thousand aggressive people. We felt we had to do it," Noah wrote. "The difference is we seek peace through reason, while they resort to violence. What kind of logic is that?"
Noah later confirmed she was okay after being treated by emergency paramedics, stating, "Am Yisrael chai" (The people of Israel are alive).
