The IDF announced that 19-year-old Sergeant Oz Daniel of the 77th Tank Battalion died on October 7, with his body reportedly taken by Hamas terrorists to the Gaza Strip.
His parents and twin sister are left behind.
The burial of Oz Daniel will take place at the military cemetery in Kfar Saba at 2:00 PM on February 26.
The family was informed that Daniel and another member of his crew were kidnapped by terrorists on October 7, and Daniel's body remains in Gaza.
With Daniel's death, the total number of IDF soldiers killed in this conflict reached 580.
In the Gaza Strip, terrorists are reported to be holding 134 hostages, including the bodies of 33 individuals, according to the latest information available.
